If there’s one thing that’s missing from the PC gaming realm, it’s a good beat em up. This genre has dominated arcade and console gaming for years. Perfect World Entertainment, master of the Free To Play PC RPG genre, has gone out on a limb and given us Rusty Hearts.

The back story of RH is incredible. It details the beginning of the Vampire race and how Vlad, the leader of the Vampires, vowed to destroy half-breed Vampires and Humans. Vlad was sealed in Curtis Castle with his minions by the Hermetic Association of the Golden Seal. The Golden Seal had 3 specialist join them on their siege to the castle to kill Vlad. The three specialists are Angela, Tude and Frantz. Frantz is a half-breed Vampire who fights against his need for human blood; Angela is a naive and powerful witch; and Tude is a wanderer who was attacked by a wolf and now has a powerful claw for a hand.
